Which paper have you about bike? Ask for the contract paper from your seller. Where she/he bought it. Get that earlier contract paper also and try to go back on de seller-buyer chain till the original owner in Hungary If you find it you have to get a traffic permissin book of vehicle It is wright into frame and number plate and all of owner who was till now If he/she live, make a seller-contract with him/her and get this book It is a very old number DA... mybe it is deleted from the old goverment database also Hope you understand me

Why do you need any paper from Hungary? Which paper do you need to be an official owner of the bike in Sweden? Does't enogh a simple contract to the widow?
One more possibility, but it is very expensive. You would have to find a hungary attorney and give him an authorization to get that information what you need

It can be use only the goverments of countries Maybe you can write a letter to your country's "traffic ministry" or what, and they will get information from hungary goverment
